they can be, but by specializing in a weapon you prove extreme ability in it. you must show that ability to a field master in combat to be considered a specialist in it

what i mean is dont be an expert in this weapon just because your friend is. Like if i remember right cole's is smg and pistols. He just like them 4 some odd reason.
