| They are as the name entails. They recruit new members as Rebel ranked soldiers. They may recruit anyone they want. Anyone else must ask to recruit and are at the H.F.M.'s(Head Field Master) discretion. Can be a mix between This rank, and ANY other rank, need to be approved by Head Recruiter. | |
